Junior Admissions Manager Jobs

We are hiring for a Junior Admissions Manager to join us in our mission to Inspire & Empower Change! This position is a leadership role that is imperative in ensuring our communities have access to mental health and substance use treatment.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for being a source of truth and troubleshooting for their own team and others by maintaining knowledge of specialty processes and high importance workflows for the broader admissions team The You will lead their team towards hitting their individual goals and maintaining those metrics and assist with closing cases as needed on their team's docket and your own
• You will be responsible for managing 2-4 admissions coordinators while maintaining 20-30 hours of phone coverage per week

Position: Admissions Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: $60,000-80,000 Annual Salary

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• Strong competence in working with various computer systems, including CRM (Salesforce), billing software, and office suite.
• Preferred experience with substance abuse treatment, particularly in detox, residential, PHP, or IOP settings.
• Prior Leadership and Team Building experience
• Prior experience working in admissions for substance use and/or mental health.
• Ability to maintain a typing speed of 50+ WPM while engaging in conversations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
