Job Description

Looking for Jr. Software Tester / QA


Responsibilities

Work with individuals across multiple teams to deliver quality, defect-free tax software that is in compliance with government instructions & specifications.

• Analyze forms & eFile materials provided by federal and state agencies to identify year over year changes.

• Maintain existing code, update year over year changes and occasionally add new features in both the print and eFile sections of tax returns. This includes working with XML, XSDs and schemas.

Experience with the above is not required, training will be provided.

• Obtain approvals for our products by translating government issued test scenarios into tax returns

• Troubleshoot and track bugs found in production relating to print and eFile sections.


Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors in CS, CIS or equivalent technical degree

Previous QA/Testing experience preferred
