Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst who will provide support to ensure that our Salesforce implementation is maintained and performing in a manner that meets the needs of our business partners. • Construct, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce objects and processes
• Create and or update documentation
• Monitor and communicate code coverage and test class development needs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to the Salesforce lifecycle utilizing best practices.
• Identifying, defining, and documenting problems or situations that require attention or improvement.
• Identification and resolution of Apex and flow error messaging.
• Adhere to appropriate system development standards and process methodology.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Construct, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce objects and processes.
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, (based on specific requirements), to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
• Develop, package, and deploy solutions built on Salesforce platform.
• Implementation of custom APEX classes, triggers and flows necessary for achieving business goals.
• Analyze, Design and champion software solutions thru configuring existing systems and developing code
• Create and or update documentation.
• Study, examine and interpret problem or complex situations by separating into discrete components. Simplify and better understand how the components fit together and why they are arranged in particular ways
• Validate / deploy code and change sets.
• Develop functional, integration, regression and stress test plans
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Adhere to appropriate system development standards and process methodology
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Assist in Sandbox refreshes.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrators and Technical Leads to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Certified App Builder or relevant experience required.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar technical degree or relevant experience
• Position operates out of our Eagle Headquarters. The position is available for remote candidates.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Apex and Salesforce Flows
• Exposure to or knowledge of technical solution design principals and software development methods
• Understanding of and ability to maintain Apex versioning.
• Some travel may be required- 10%
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions/plans.
• Proficient in SQL or SOQL query language and relational databases
• 1 + years of experience developing and configuring Salesforce solutions.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator preferred.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $107,390.00 - $161,090.00
