Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering product information, inventory data, and customer details into our online database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to update product listings
  • Update inventory levels and monitor stock
  • Assist with order processing and fulfillment
  • Maintain database organization and integrity
  • Support other departments with data-related tasks as needed
  • Generate sales and inventory reports
  • Input product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform regular database backups
  • Enter customer orders and shipping information
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail
