Jr. Art Director Jobs

Our agency client in Kennesaw is seeking a hands-on Jr. Art Director to join their creative team and grow in a management.

This is a Hybrid role with the below flexibility: 2 WFH days/week every other week, with the other week being day Friday. Mondays are always in office.

As the Jr. Art Director, you will report to the Creative Director and be part of the quarterly leadership meetings. This is a great opportunity for a graphic designer with an ability to bring a concept to life and wishes to obtain a leadership role. You will be designing for financial advisors practice brands and the internal brand

Jr. Art Director Responsibilities

• Creative oversight on design work for web, client, and corporate deliverables
• Ability to oversee Website Design and develop designs using Adobe XD
• Creating PowerPoint Toolkits and Marketing Presentations
• Corporate with hands-on graphic needs in digital and print Collateral (ex. brochures, handouts, event invitations, event and promotional item design)
• Give One-on-one management with other designers on the team (4)
• Advertising Concepts and Design
• Digital and Print Production, Vendor Management
• Brand Identity Development logos, letterhead, header/footer, business cards, etc.

Jr. Art Director Qualifications

• 1 year of creative oversight or people management
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (including XD) and Microsoft Office.
• Portfolio showcasing great design with branding and web design experience
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• 3-5 years of experience working in a creative environment
• Bachelors Degree or heavy creative experience
