The Junior Associate provides broad support to the Axos Advisor Services department through an array of responsibilities. The targeted compensation is $21.00-23.00/Hr, commensurate with your skills and experience. This role is eligible for a bonus, based on your individual performance. Axos offers full benefits that includes 3 weeks’ vacation accrual, paid sick leave, along with the NYSE observed holidays.
Responsibilities:
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Process RMDs and death distributions
  • Work with intermediary bank relationships
  • Process outgoing distributions via check/wire/ACH and internal transfers
  • Process incoming and outgoing wires and ACHs
  • Balance and reconcile daily posting activity
  • Reconcile daily and monthly cash activity
  • Set up and maintenance systematic distributions and contributions
  • Process incoming check/wire/ACH deposits to client accounts
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills including all MS Office systems
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a group environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels of management
  • Ability to manage multiple and/or shifting priorities, and produce professional and accurate work product, under time constraints
Preferred:
  • Experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts
  • Familiarity with financial services industry and various account types
