Location: Lancaster County PA (Hybrid offered)

What you get to do

• Develop and execute process / software test scripts and accurately document results
• Document and maintain business process flows and create business requirements documents
• Work with development team in process design and development solutions
• Consult with business users during definition, design, and implementation initiatives including training of end users.
• Ability to mentor others (cross train)
• Lead system changes and implementation projects
• Participate in process design/redesign. Attend relevant design reviews meetings and participate in the approval process
• Present information for decision making purposes with little to no direction
• Lead new projects, assess the needs of the project, recommend how to approach the project; including who to elicit information from, what techniques to utilize, and how long it should take
• Provide business support and problem resolution for system and data issues
• Prepare end user acceptance scripts

What you need

• 7+ years of business analyst experience
• Ability to work weekends occasionally to assist in system restart validation
• Exceptional communication, project management, problem solving, analytical and organization skills
• Serve on an on-call rotation for off-hour business interruption support
• Experience leading projects and teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, JD Edwards (Sales Order Processing, Procurement, Financials)
