Job Description

Experience: 5 to 8 Years


We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced POS Production Support professional with expertise in Java to join our team. As a POS Production Support (Java SRE), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our Point of Sale (POS) systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and performance.


Technical / Functional Skills

  • Strong Java developer withSplunk and moved to Production support.
  • Candidate needs experience in supporting an application, being an SRE, or supporting release activities
  • Hands on Java & Splunk - must
  • Scope is focused on Incident management, Monitoring and Application support (Identifying bugs and suggesting fixes)
  • Production Support experience is a must
  • Good knowledge in Java and any logging tool (Splunk, etc.,)
  • Supporting releases
