Omega Business Solutions is seeking a part time in-house Janitor to clean and sanitize our office building. This ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other custodial duties within the work space of offices and cubicles. This will be in a two story building after hours. Benefits Choose your own schedule to complete 25-30 hours a week Start time can be between 5:00pm to 6:00pm No overtime Responsibilities Clean workspaces, offices, breakrooms, hallways, and bathrooms Sweep and mop floors as needed Vacuum carpeted areas Dust various surfaces Restock bathrooms with supplies Empty trash bins Keep track of cleaning schedule Requirement Prior cleaning experience (Required) A high standard for cleanliness Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Time-management skills Physical stamina Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb stairs
