Janitor (10Am-7Pm) Jobs

Job Summary

Monday-Friday 10 AM - 7PM

General janitorial cleaning duties including inventory control of custodial products and trash removal.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Being flexible with hours and work schedules
• Cleaning tables, counter tops, general dusting around the building
• Inventory control of custodial product,
• May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
• Rug spot cleaning when needed
• Setting up rooms for meetings or guests.
• Interior window cleaning
• Cleaning of microwaves,
• Trash removal daily
• Cleaning restrooms
• Assist the Administration team in shopping for supplies
• Bathroom cleaning
• Restocking soap and paper goods
• Mopping

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Problem solving abilities
• Precious Janitorial experience
• Some Computer proficiency
• Being able to multi-task and ability to work at fast pace
• Attention to detail

Qualifications

• Clear driving record
• Valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent walking
• Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required
