Job Description
Position Summary
This position is a level-1 IT helpdesk position (Entry Level). Its purpose is to provide first-tier technical support to office users and production line equipment.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Serves as first point-of-contact for walk ups for internal applications, hardware, printers and remote technology.
2. Actively supports office and production PC users and resolves issues.
3. Uses IT ticketing system to manage support cases.
4. Initial Imaging, Installing and Repairs for Desktops, Printers, Laptops, etc.
5. Maintains accurate inventory and performs regular inventory inspection.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: High School Diploma required
2. Professional Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 years of IT support experience required.
  • Candidate must be technically adept with a working knowledge of computers and office software
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating system and Microsoft Office
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial
