Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Notates, updates staff and client of trouble status.
  • Resolve customer trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor client systems and responds accordingly to alerts/outages.
  • Work with end users via in person, phone call, email and remote support.
  • Escalates issues with manufacturers or providers
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work well in groups.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic understanding of IP addressing/subnetting.
  • Basic understanding of Networking.
  • Must have great customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work based on issue severity and client needs.
