IT Support is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues.

This is an onsite (not remote) Monday- Friday position, 9:00AM- 6:00PM.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance of IT devices and any additions to the networks
• Troubleshoot any hardware or software problems
• Other related duties as assigned
• Distribute phones and laptops to employees
• Documentation, execution, verification and optimization of data processing
• Analyze data and apply critical thinking in order to develop processes and information
• Identify errors in data content and coordinate resolution with customers
• Perform ad-hoc requests
• Maintain the networks at various locations
• Implement, configure, and test feasible solutions
• Complete planned data processing activities: EDI data import and analysis, file creation/edits, and monitor automated manifest processing

Education And Experience

• Advanced computer and keyboarding skills- intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
• Detailed orientated and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Two years of operational IT experience preferred
• Work requires problem-solving and analytical skills
• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
