As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on an IT Specialist that will work with all departments across the organization to continue to build, and maintain, our information technology policies and practices. This role reports directly to the Head of Engineering and is crucial to continue providing our internal users with the access and resources needed to assist our customers.

Ninety works in a small team structure, where Product, Design, Engineering, QA and Product Marketing all work in one or more “pods” together through the full product life cycle. All Responsibilities below are relevant to the pod(s) you are on.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments to determine technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Manage access across various systems and applications
• Maintain and Improve an internal service desk to provide timely assistance and troubleshooting to users throughout the organization.
• Create and maintain documentation on IT processes and procedures
• Help with new employees by ensuring all required equipment and other technology resources are provisioned.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new technology systems.
• Ensure compliance with the organization’s lifecycle management policy

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A dedication to being part of a team that puts their customer's needs first
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to breakdown technical issues thoroughly and efficiently and be able to articulate steps to reproduce issues
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
• Self-motivated with the ability to own and execute IT best practices
• The ability to work within the United States’ Eastern time zone

Nice to have:

• Experience working at a fast-growing SaaS company
• IT professional certifications (A+, Cloud+, ITIL, or similar)
• Experience with applications such as AWS, Google Workspace, Okta, etc.
• Understanding of security protocols and best practices.
