Responsibilities:

• Manage the Document Management System implementation including data design, data migration, and workflows
• Manage scope throughout the project's duration
• Acts as the single point of contact for project and project interdependencies across applications
• Manage detailed project tasks by interfacing with team members
• Key contributor supporting applications and managing a variety of projects

Job Requirements:

• Coordinates across dependent working teams to hit project milestones
• 3 years of experience in managing moderate to large scale projects
• Ability to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
• High-level understanding of key areas of the project management methodology
• Identifies efficient work breakdown structure for project
• Creates and maintain project plans and status reports
• Determines and defines project scope and objectives
• Proven ability to manage internal and external development projects from inception to successful implementation
• 5+ years of experience in an IT Project Management role
