About the Role

As the IT Intern you will be monitoring incoming alerts from a verity of applications. If necessary, you will escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure they are resolved. Other responsibilities include triaging returned desktops and monitors to determine eligibility for redeployment.

Responsibilities

• Documenting incoming and outgoing shipments for remote workers
• Sorting/Organizing desktop and monitor returns from remote workers
• Working with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
• Assisting with incident management and support requests.
• Verifying environment stability.
• Conducting triage on returned desktops and monitors and determine eligibility to redeploy
• Monitoring applications and processes and assists with escalation / remediation steps.
• Complying with all policies and standards.
• Following documented process for daily activities
• Performing actions based on business/operational needs and prepares system reports.

Requirements

• Able to work within established procedures and practices.
• Able to work with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision.
• Able to expands skills within an analytical or operational process.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and share information and ideas effectively.
• Understand existing procedures to resolve incidents
• Able to follows standardized procedures.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications
• Able to impact, motivate, participate, collaborate, and inspire team.
• Communicate Exchange information and ideas effectively.
