About the Role:

Position: IT Help Desk Support

Location: Ridgeland, MS 39157


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides local technical support for local health plan laptop, all other technologies within the Talent Hub, inventory audits, IT new hire orientation, proactive IT support and local premium VIP support for CEOs, COOs and EAs.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with computer networks
  • IT Inventory Tracking
  • Any telephony support experience
  • Experience working with AV equipment
  • MS Windows - PC Imaging, troubleshooting, break/fix and technical support

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
