It Field Technician Jobs

Contract | $30-40/hr | Tucson,AZ

A large MSP is looking for an IT Field Technician to add to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to their clients. This will include software and hardware installations, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. They'll also support workstations, kiosks, printers and other peripheral devices. Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable vehicle that can get you to sites throughout the valley
• Experience administering Active Directory and O365
• 3+ years of experience in an IT Support position
• Strong experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
• Experience working in the field, or in person, setting up new workstations, internet, etc.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPns, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other networking technologies
• Experience with SCCM or Intune

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network +, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Tech (MCDST) are a big plus
