Job Description
The Role
As a leading innovator in technology, Ampere’s IT organization is the cornerstone of operation. We are seeking an equally innovative, articulate, and passionate Enterprise Architect to continuously develop, improve and manage the IT enterprise, inclusive of endpoints, network, data center, business applications, security and data. • You will be a strong communicator and advisor, presenting your vision to a wide mix of management levels and other IT experts. You will need to understand goals and objectives, measures of success, and you will need to be an excellent active listener, with the ability to translate requests into execution for IT.
  • You will be in the center of documenting our enterprise – the present and the future – to support the teams who are responsible for keeping it running and developing the future with you.
  • You will work in a team of IT professionals and business leaders across the company to develop an IT comprehensive roadmap informed by strategy, and inclusive of key milestones.
  • You will be leader in our team and will be required to understand a broad set of goals, clarify them, and develop plans with the team to land them successfully. You are bringing a deep appreciation of how IT and business cultures intersect and how to establish common ground. You will advise and consult and, in some cases, have the opportunity to implement.

What You’ll Bring:
  • IT Security knowledge and experience with systems designed to protect from online data fraud, hacking, viruses, and other cyberattacks.
  • 12+ years’ experience in cloud computing operations.
  • Organizational Skills to manage prioritization, resource management, and time management.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret and understand information to make efficient, effective decisions. This includes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Systems architecture experience, as well as virtualization.
  • Project planning experience, particularly in the planning, initiating, executing, controlling, and wrapping up a project for meeting goals and specific criteria for success.
  • Excellent Communication skills to ensure technical and non-technical people understand the value of solutions.
  • IT Management background, including experience managing resources such as computer hardware, data, data centers, and software.
