What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an IT director that will help manage the overall infrastructure and small IT team we have. You will be managing and directing the IT operations for our business as well as ensuring the department provides top notch technical support. You will be leading the processes and implementation of the IT systems across the company and helping to identify strategic solutions to network and data security, improvements to the overall infrastructure and providing guidance for upgrades, configurations and new IT systems. This role is a management role, and you will be leading a small team of IT specialists as well as needing to be hands-on yourself.
What You Need for this Position
5+ years in IT leadership and experience with:

• SDLC
• Office 365
• Windows servers
• IT Operations
• Virtualization technology - VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix
• Network Protocols and Security
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Active Directory
• Cybersecurity
