PROJECT:

Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders, and information technology (IT) support.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Parsons is seeking an IT Professional to perform the following:

• Meet with internal/external customers to develop required and efficient requirements.
• Develop controls (course of action, workarounds, etc).
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and provide IT software development recommendations/strategies based on industry practice.
• Provide business and technical strategies for IT software development to involve requirement elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation.
• Liaison between customers stakeholder and various contractor support teams.
• Proactively examine customer needs and contact performance analyseis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze and evaluate business goals, processes, and requirements; recommend strategies to increase customer success.
• Provide recommendations/solutions that are efficient and cost effective.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience
• 4-year degree in Computer Science (or related curriculum) preferred
• Must be US Citizen
• Working knowledge of facilities processes is helpful
• ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE REQUIRED

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Experience with 1 or more of the following preferred: Archibus, Maximo, ArcGIS, Bizflow, Camunda, Power Bi, Tableau, Atlassian apps (Jira, Confluence, etc).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Decisive and confident
• Ability to facilitate/lead IT projects and teams
• Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements especially in an Agile Scrum Context preferred
• Flexible

Salary Range:

$121,900.00 - $219,400.00
