As an Investor Operations Specialist with Moody National, you will provide advanced operational support to the Distribution and Investor Services teams to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This position will support multiple business lines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to phone and email inquiries and information requests from investors.
  • Create, update and maintain departmental databases when appropriate to support Distribution team efforts.
  • Carry out simple analyses of financial statements.
  • Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions.
  • Document the content of investor conference calls.
  • Serve as the support to the Investor Services and Distribution teams by coordinating, facilitating, and communicating investment activities.
  • Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Will gather, prepare and distribute investor materials.
  • Ensure accurate, timely and compliant information is disseminated to our investors.
  • Research financial and legal documents on various topics.
  • Copy, collate, package and mail out information packets and other correspondence to investors.
  • Compose various documents such as correspondence, interoffice memos, meeting agendas, reports, charts and tables.
