We are looking for a talented Investment Associate to join our team.This is a big opportunity to join a team early and grow with breakthrough platform in the space. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of our venture capital operations, from deal sourcing and due diligence to transaction execution and portfolio management.

You will work closely with our leadership team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, develop and maintain financial models, conduct due diligence, prepare legal documents, and manage portfolio companies. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial transactions and operating models, and experience in venture capital and private equity.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the AI sector.

* Prepare detailed financial models and pro formas, income statements, and other relevant financial analysis for potential and existing investments.

* Coordinate and execute venture capital transactions, including term sheet negotiations, legal document preparation, and deal closings.

* Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.

* Work closely with portfolio companies to monitor performance, develop strategic initiatives, and track quality metrics.

* Contribute to the development and improvement of our internal processes and operating models.

* Collaborate with our team to contribute to the strategic direction of our fund.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) or CFA preferred.

* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a relevant role in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or similar.

* Strong understanding of venture capital and private equity investment processes.

* Proficiency in financial modeling, financial analysis, and income statements.

* Experience with legal document preparation and transaction execution.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex financial transactions.

* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

* Experience or interest in the AI sector is highly desirable.
