Job Description

The Sinclair Advertising Support Operations Hub in Hunt Valley, MD has a great opportunity for you! We have an open position for a Broadcast Inventory Specialist. This is a remote/work from home position!

General Responsibilities
The Broadcast Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing television commercial advertisement inventory through broadcast log editing, communicating inventory oversell and availability, as well as working closely with Sales Managers daily to maximize revenue potential.
  • Verify commercial logs for accurate programming information, commercial content, product separation, advertiser separation, and extensive editing for on-air broadcast
  • Effectively utilize all advertising material to maximize inventory use and revenue potential
  • Communicate inventory availability and programming conflicts to stations daily
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner to achieve department goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven, fast-paced industry is essential
  • Broadcast Television or Radio experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
  • This is a remote position - The ability to stay focused while working independently and managing multiple tasks is critical
  • You must be computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated and dependable.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $18.51 to $19.06. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
