Inventory Coordinator Jobs

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for inventory control, maintaining product data, rectifying variance findings, review and analysis of inventory reports as compared to physical counts, and reporting findings to management while making recommendations for improvement. Job Duties Supervise the retrieval and proper handling and storage of rented equipment.Physical inventory cycle counts based on some schedule.Tracks, researchers and resolves inventory count variance.Ensures proper storage and placement of products in fixed areas, shelves, and/or bins.Ensures warehouse personnel are properly uniformed.Manages inventory specialist or assistant (if applicable).Participates in quality improvement activities as needed.Assists in the hiring, orientation, and evaluation of inventory personnel (if applicable).Assumes other duties, within scope of training as assigned by the operations manager. Job Requirements At least two years of warehouse, repair, and/or inventory experienceIs proficient with the use of internal inventory controls, including mobile and cloud-based inventory software.Ability to disseminate, analyze, and report data.Working knowledge of Windows-based programs (Word & Excel, Internet, and Email.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills (interface with every position within the organization, customers).Ability to work using multi-disciplinary approach.All candidates must pass a national criminal background check Benefits AdvaCare Systems offers good starting pay, access to excellent health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance offerings, and a top-notch 401k plan that includes a company match and profit sharing.
