Inventory Control And Systems Manager

LHH Solutions is partnered with a growing company in the Facilities Services Industry. The Inventory Control and Systems Manager is a fully remote role that will be overseeing Supply Chain and Inventory Management activities across multiple sites in North America.

Salary: $100-115K Base + Annual Bonus. The company provides full benefits. Medical, Dental.

Fully Remote

Travel: up to 20% (Domestic)

Direct Reports: 4

Responsibilities:

• Lead Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory and control procedures across multiple sites
• Analyze usage and develop effective inventory balance requirements to meet seasonal demand fluctuations, ensuring on-time deliveries and minimizing carrying costs
• Negotiate raw materials and delivery prices with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies
• Manage, evaluate, and monitor the existing supply base and create mitigation plans as needed
• Collaborate with site leaders to ensure alignment with an inventory tracking system
• Lead supplier management activities

Requirements:

• Prior experience designing or implementing an inventory tracking system
• Proven leadership or management experience
• Bachelor Degree
• 3+ Years of Supply Chain and Inventory analysis/management experience
