We offer paid, on-the-job training through our renowned Phillips University strictly dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This is a summer internship/full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week that consists of Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm from May 31, 2023 thru July 31, 2023.

Responsibilites

• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Prompt and courteous
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
