The Internal Corporate Communications Specialist develops and maintains effective, consistent and timely communications, and supports the coordination and distribution of much of the company’s internal communication, with a focus on multi-media content (video, digital, social, etc.). This position’s specialized efforts support existing and enhance new initiatives to execute effective, comprehensive and essential communications programs our team members need in the formats that resonate to motivate, encourage and enable them to Create Memorable Moments Every Day.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, mass media or related field, plus at least three to five years of experience preferred;
• Basic experience in Adobe Creative Suite (namely Adobe Illustrator);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences and communications media;
• Experience in developing and monitoring social media programs;
• Experience in video production is required;
• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and commitment to delivering projects quickly with a strong attention to detail.

What you will do

• Other duties as assigned including tasks such as Home Office event-specific needs, Home Office signage or building needs, general photography, participation on multi-disciplinary teams, staffing events, etc..
• Maintain internal Digital Asset Management (DAM);
• Help create a best-in-class internal communications function that fuels team member engagement, and positively influences collaboration and culture;
• Maintain intranet content;
• Use available tools as appropriate to maximize internal communication effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity;
• Prepare content across various media to deliver engaging, informative and relevant messaging;
