Job Description
Job Summary: As the Program Manager Associate for the Internal Audit People Agenda, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing the Internal Audit department's People Agenda and its initiatives. You will work with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups and senior leaders within the department who have passion for advancement of people-focused initiatives and priorities
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of high quality presentations and materials to provide regular status updates to senior management
  • Manage, maintain, develop, transform and serve as the lead publisher and content manager for the People Agenda intranet homepage and sub-pages, ensuring regular updates as driven by the People Agenda Executive Sponsor, Pillar leads and the DEI Lead and manage,
  • Support and manage other ad hoc People Agenda related tasks, as needed
  • Provide project/program management support to the Executive Sponsor of the People Agenda, People Agenda pillar leads and DEI Lead for initiatives and projects, including:
    • Manage, analyze, and track project status from initiation to delivery, as well as escalate project risks, issues and dependencies
    • Ensure deliverables are tracked in line with due dates by partnering with stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and proactively create mitigation plans to address future issues
    • Create, maintain and communicate schedules and plans
    • Support the development of high quality presentations and materials to provide regular status updates to senior management
    • Maintain program roadmaps and a book of work that allows senior management to easily visualize the strategic goals of programs
  • Maintain and organize the People Agenda SharePoint site and shared mailboxes, ensuring incoming emails are responded to by appropriate parties in a timely manner

  • Participate in regular People Agenda stakeholder meetings and provide support for follow-ups and action items, as needed
  • Ensure deliverables are tracked in line with due dates by partnering with stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and proactively create mitigation plans to address future issues
  • Manage periodic review process and documentation updates for People Agenda focused documents and resources
  • Manage, analyze, and track project status from initiation to delivery, as well as escalate project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Create, maintain and communicate schedules and plans
  • Support the Internal Audit People Council, including development of the monthly meeting materials and metrics and tracking follow-ups through completion; source and prepare People Agenda related metrics for various senior management forums and reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, effective under pressure, and willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
  • Experienced professional with at least five (5) years in hands-on project or program management roles , with a b achelor's degree or equivalent work experience in program and project management
  • Strong knowledge of MS tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Project
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from inception through completion with initiative, organization and creativity to ensure successful and timely execution of projects with limited supervision and with refined judgment and discretion
  • Excellent analytical, time management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to partner across all levels of the organization with high level of performance time-sensitive initiatives
  • Strong leadership and senior stakeholder influencing skills with a high level of professional maturity and the ability to establish credibility working across cross-functional teams to drive and influence change
  • Must care about creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment with passion for advancement of people-focused initiatives and priorities and e xperience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
