We are a growing and innovative interior design firm located in Beachwood is currently seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Design Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring that each project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in interior design and management to guide team members and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Recruit, manage, and evaluate the performance of freelance professionals, such as CAD designers and rendering artists, to support project requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
• Monitor the progress of each open job from inception to completion, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between all involved parties.
• Coordinate and supervise task assignments and deadline management to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience, preferably within the design field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of CAD design, rendering, and other relevant software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior design industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
