Job Purpose:

SEPAM are now recruiting for key positions to deliver large-scale, multi-discipline project.

Summary:

As the Lead Architecture for our semiconductor project, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our semiconductor products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the successful execution of the project from concept to production. Your deep technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking will be critical in shaping the architecture and guiding the team towards achieving project objectives.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of architectural standards, best practices, and methodologies to ensure product quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct regular design reviews, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and project milestones.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate architectural options and make informed recommendations.
• Lead the architecture development for our semiconductor project.
• Work closely with the product management team to align the architecture with market needs, customer expectations, and business goals.
• Serve as a technical spokesperson for the semiconductor project, representing the company in customer meetings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, guiding them in solving complex problems and making architectural decisions.
• Experience in Space allocation and efficiency and aware of emerging standards to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and clients to understand their requirements and integrate their technologies into the semiconductor project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, technical specifications, and performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in semiconductor architecture and design, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
