We're on the lookout for a motivated self-starter who possesses an unwavering passion for design and a commitment to continuous growth. A minimum of 3 years in interior design is a prerequisite, with a special nod to those with a background in commercial design.

About the Role:

Based at our Northern Virginia office, this role will require reliable transportation. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties, from conducting site visits to fostering fruitful collaborations with clients, vendors, and partners. In addition, you'll be managing the job site, ensuring orders are on track for timely installation, and curating an in-house library of showroom samples. Working both autonomously and as part of a team, you'll see design projects through from concept to completion. From plans and specifications to FF&E selections and bid documents, you'll leave your mark on every facet of our designs.

Skills We Value:

Proficiency in CAD software is a must.

Experience with SketchUp, 2020 Design (Revit), Enscape, and 3D modeling/ rendering tools is highly desirable.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong capability in specifying and procurement.

A background in construction documentation and administration.

A related BA-level education.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

No nights, no weekends

Ability to commute/relocate: Reston, VA 20190 (Relocation stipend may be available for qualified candidates)

Experience: Interior design - 3 years (Required), commercial experience preferred
