Interior Design Assistant Jobs

Infrahire is looking for Interior Design Assistant in Bluffton, SC
Preparing specifications and working drawings.
Selecting furniture, fabric, window treatments and accessories.
Coordinating schedules of designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Maintaining materials library.
Preparing pricing worksheets, proposals, and presentation boards.
Maintaining client binders and ensure proper documentation is completed for all projects.
Meeting with clients to review selections in absence of Designer.
Visiting job sites and attend FF&E installations as requested by Designer.
Generating weekly project summaries highlighting action items.
Job Requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Studio Designer is helpful, but not required.
Must be extremely well-rounded, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel locally for sourcing, site meetings and installations.
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Interior Design from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience at a design firm.
