What we need from you:

• You understand ROI and know your buildings metrics inside and out
• Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
• IL Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
• In your last position you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once
• 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility (with a high volume of daily admits & discharges)
