Your expertise in innovation planning, cost improvement initiatives, and sourcing network changes will be the driving force behind our ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Customer Development, to integrate key innovation plans into the market.
Develop and define supply chain network activities and innovation planning processes, ensuring seamless delivery of key initiatives on time and in full.
Lead the agile transformation of ideas into launch, overseeing test launches and successful scale-ups.
Take charge of delivering projects on time and in full, with a keen focus on operational efficiency and profitability improvement.
Foster strong partnerships with in-market and planning control tower teams to coordinate and execute activities seamlessly.
Keep a pulse on consumer trends by working closely with Marketing and ensure a timely supply solution through 3PM procurement.
Embrace technology initiatives and lead digital transformation efforts to stay at the cutting edge of industry advancements.
Effectively lead and engage global cross-functional teams, taking ownership of results in our fast-paced and agile organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
10+ years of experience in Innovation Planning and Cost Improvement Initiatives.
Proven problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong presentation skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and delivers under pressure with autonomy.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
A self-starter who adapts to changing priorities and delivers results efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Project and building networks, with strong Excel skills.
Experience with PowerBI/Digital tools is a plus.
