Job Description

Intake Specialist

Michigan's largest plaintiff personal injury firm is looking for a highly motivated and hard-working candidate to fill positions for Intake Specialist for Monday - Friday from 12 am - 8:30 am and a part-time Friday - Monday 5 pm - 10 pm. These positions are remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to gather and input relevant information regarding client's potential case.
  • Gather details regarding facts, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine veracity of potential case.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by team leader.
  • Enter all details and information into case management system, including actions to be taken with respect to accepting or rejecting cases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer service representatives, salespeople preferred.
  • Michigan No Fault law and auto injury experience a plus but not required.
  • Possess strong computer (Excel/Word/Power Point) and internet skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit passion to help the customers we serve.
