Amazing Care Home Health services is hiring a full-time Intake Coordinator to work in our Aurora office. Job Summary: The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of initial home care referrals in accordance with state and federal guidelines. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for assuring a prompt, courteous response to patient/family and referral sources' requests for services. Position Requirements: Excellent computer skills required, Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to function in a high volume environment with little oversight.
