Role Description

Hart Kittle - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.
