You will be responsible for:
  • Establish and grow relationships with institutional asset managers and asset owners to expand their use of Invesco ETFs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Invesco's products, services, and resources to effectively deliver the firm to clients.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and content creation.
  • Execute on a business plan for the client segment that defines strategy and tactics. Help identify and map priority clients. Participate in periodic segment reviews.
  • Lead tactical and strategic initiatives to advance the institutional channel.
  • Collaborate on product innovation and enhancements.
The experience you bring :
  • MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Undergraduate in finance, economics, or a related discipline required, or relevant on-the-job experience.
  • Significant travel (between 25-50%) may be required
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute.
  • A passion for capital markets, asset management, and ETFs.
  • Series 7 & 63 preferred; must obtain within three months of hire.
  • 7+ years investment related or markets related experience.
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of and prior experience with ETFs or other fund structures.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial.
  • Data / quantitative skills and the ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data are a plus.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach.
  • A passion for markets and investing. Must be familiar with market themes and be able to relay sophisticated themes clearly and concisely.
  • Minimum of 3 years of client facing or business development experience with institutional investors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners. Ability to navigate and work effectively across a large, complex organization.
The salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000 to $165,000/ year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
