What You Wil Do as a Key Member of our Team:

As an Insights Analyst at Behaviorally, imagine yourself:

  • Responsible for the implementation of qualitative consumer research studies and be the main point for day-to-day client questions
  • To understand the background and intent of projects (participating in kick-off calls, reviewing proposals and market research briefs, referencing past research, etc.)
  • Provide support to Research Directors by working with client companies to provide consistent communication between Behaviorally and client
  • Moderate online interviews and online communities using a variety of online platforms
  • Lead analysis and draft solid reports
  • Coordinate with Qualitative Field Supervisors
  • Work jointly with the Head of Qualitative research and Research Directors to develop research plans and proposals
  • Attend focus groups - responsibilities include client servicing (backroom), note taking, assisting the moderator
  • Work jointly with the Sustainability lead on the development of materials and proposals for our Sustainability research practice
  • Lead the development of project timelines
  • Write, design and co-present PPT presentation of final findings

Desired skills and experience

To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Psychology or Sociology, Business administration

  • Strong presentation skills and passion for storytelling
  • Must be able to work independently yet be comfortable asking questions
  • Ability/flexibility to travel
  • Comfort/Familiarity with analysis and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong writing and analytical ability
  • Proven ability to take responsibility, think analytically and to communicate clearly
  • Fluency in German or French a plus
  • Experience with focus groups a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in qualitative consumer research
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An interest for researching business questions related to sustainability
  • Experience with online platforms and have conducted interviews
  • Advanced level MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
