Who We Are Looking For


The Delivery Manager - Cloud Services, is a key leader in moving forward cloud strategy, ensuring support, and maximizing usage across the cloud portfolio. This includes cloud services, collaboration tools, SaaS, and the Business Intelligence portfolio. This role is an anchor to stakeholder communications, expectations, and solutions. The individual will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of cloud services in an enterprise environment. Continual improvement, innovation and automation are important aspects of this role. The Delivery Manager will have a high level of exposure across lines of business and have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across lines of business to create and implement innovative solutions to appropriately manage risks within Technology. The role will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Applications, and Infrastructure Operations to create and support an operational environment for new and existing services supported by Cloud Infrastructure.


What You Will Be Responsible For


  • Hire new talent and build a ready pool and provide them with On-the-Job learning opportunities, collaborate with HR partners and ensure a smooth employee onboarding
  • Lead the development of an execution roadmap that details a strategic journey from the current state to realization of the future state vision with incremental release of technical and operational features and business value.
  • As Cloud services leader and architect, provide architectural vision and guidance demonstrating expertise, creativity, flexibility, and empathy.
  • Negotiate with Project Executive and Service Delivery personnel on financial interlock and continuous cost improvement
  • Ensure existing cloud-based solutions are properly scaled, designed, and maintained for Plug’s critical tools and environments.
  • Encompasses all aspects of unified communication and collaboration, SaaS, business intelligence and data teams.
  • Partners with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Operations and Application areas to develop and maintain procedures for applications, services, continuity, and disaster recovery as appropriate.
  • Work with other cloud practice teams to identify new tools and process to improve the cloud platform , automate processes and drive adoption.
  • Owns the design, execution, rollout, and evangelism of the cloud services model.
  • Identify, plan, track, control and manage all aspects of service delivery like resource management, Resource investments, Training & development
  • Work as the primary interface between senior stakeholders within IT and the Business to clearly define, communicate, document, and manage cloud service requirements.
  • Maintain the business relationship with key leadership, functional partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with capabilities and needs.
  • Drive various Cross-Skilling programs for the employees under his span to enhance productivity and achieve efficiency.
  • Provides guidance to Application teams to ensure adherence to Cloud architecture requirements.
  • Lead cloud strategy, drive solutions, develop offerings, and accelerators.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the main technology base, and a general understanding of the other technology bases which together form the overall technical direction Monitoring the performance of the service and Continuous Improvement of the service.
  • Monitor and manage technical escalation for Cloud Operations, ensuring timely liaison with vendors regarding problems, fixes, and required enhancements.

Salary Range


$100,000 - $160,000 Annual


The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
