This opportunity is accountable for delivering technical infrastructure services by designing, maintaining and supporting the infrastructure environment, analyzing business requirements and assisting with the resolution of complex issues to ensure usability and alignment with business objectives.

• Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution - Practitioner - Able to dissect a problem to its component parts to identify and diagnose root causes. Able to troubleshoot and identify problems across different technology capabilities.

• DevOps\Automaton - Practitioner - Has the technical understanding of DevOps tools like source code management, develop infrastructure based code\scripts, integrate with third party tools for extended automation.

• Intermediate knowledge and aptitude in gathering and interpret Middleware applications, operating systems and hardware performance statistics and perform capacity management exercise

• Primary Responsibilities
  

  • Information Security - Maintains the security, confidentiality and integrity of information systems through compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Designs, implements and operates controls and management strategies to allow this.
  • System Design - Creates the specification and design of systems to meet defined business needs. Has the ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to translate business problems into technical designs. Able to visualize the ideal user service, come up with design ideas and possible design approaches. Explores different approaches to solving problems.
  • IT Infrastructure - Supports, designs and implements infrastructure technologies and solutions such as: compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, database, middleware, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and open source packages and solutions, virtual and cloud including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

  Compensation

  Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs

  Annual Salary Range: $82,000 - $124,000
