We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Support Manager to lead our IT support team.
This is a Full-Time Direct Hire role

The IT Support Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, ensuring that all IT support requests are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT support team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support
- Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT support needs are met
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT support services
- Monitor and analyze IT support metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that all IT support requests are handled efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, hardware, and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have 5+ years managing or supervising associates / teams
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
