Job Description

Service Desk Manager | $85,000 - $100,00 | Hybrid - Alpharetta, GA | Extensive Benefits | Full-Time, Permanent


Working with a Global Private Investment Firm looking for an IT Service Desk Manager. This role is split between people management and technical management.


  • Report to the IT Director
  • Act as the escalation point when needed
  • Involve in large ticket projects - examples include Servers, Data Centers, Network Infrastrucutre and Virtualization for administration, upgrades and refreshes
  • You will lead a team of tier 1 - 3 support engineers
  • Manage projects, timelines, budgets and vendors
  • Provide training and development when needed
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved and metrics are met through the team


🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, ideally in a medium-scale enterprise environment
  • Project management: Office 365, Cloud Administration, Virtualization, Data Center, Servers
  • Proven expertise in helpdesk operations and vendor management
  • Experience managing and mentoring technical staff - SLA, KPIs, Reports
