Job Description
Duties:
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in an empowered team environment
  • Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica (PowerCenter, Data Quality), Linux/Unix
  • Experience in supporting Oracle databases
  • Demonstrated initiative working in a production support role
  • Utilize alerting and monitoring tools to ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles for Incident and Problem resolutions; root cause analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Oracle XQuery, Java, Spring Integration framework and FUSE a plus
  • Ability to understand business objectives and technology as well as underlying data required to support needs
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply concepts in support of customer issues
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in Informatica tools and with focus in performance tuning
  • Data modeling and data mapping design experience
  • Utilize alerting and monitoring tools to ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter is a must have.
  • Creation of complex parallel loads and dependency creation using work flows
