Position Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Socialite Media, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with relevant influencers, managing influencer campaigns, tracking their performance to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives for Socialite Media clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, social media, and sales teams, to ensure the successful execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives of Socialite Media client campaigns.
2. Influencer Identification and Engagement: Research, identify, and establish relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, content creators, and social media personalities.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including negotiating contracts, defining campaign goals, setting deliverables, and managing budgets.
4. Content Creation and Review: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with Socialite Media's client campaigns. Review and provide feedback on influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with the brand's messaging and quality standards.
5. Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, using relevant metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports and insights to the influencer department and clients, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and ROI.
6. Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing communication, collaboration, and satisfaction. Seek opportunities for long-term partnerships and ambassador programs.
7. Compliance and Legal Considerations: Stay up-to-date with relevant influencer marketing regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in influencer marketing. Ensure that influencer partnerships adhere to these guidelines.
8. Industry Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, platforms, and tools in influencer marketing. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify new opportunities and innovative strategies.
9.Community Involvement: Attend influencer events on behalf of Socialite Media and develop ongoing relationships with influencers, community industry professionals, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track campaign performance effectively.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity and compliance.
