Job Description

Relica Boost, a boutique influencer marketing agency, is looking for a talented and highly organized marketing coordinator to assist with our ongoing influencer campaign efforts and day-to-day operations. The role will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Account Lead and support the day-to-day campaign management tasks for our client partnerships across fintech, education, and ecommerce.


Responsibilities include:


  • Sourcing new influencers in the line with campaign needs/goals & brand values
  • Keeping influencer information up to date using our influencer relationship management tool.
  • Monitoring influencer content deliverables, while ensuring adherence to campaign briefs and timelines.
  • Updating client spreadsheets with influencer-level metrics and campaign updates.
  • Providing influencers with campaign guidelines, product information, and creative assets.
  • Reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating collaboration terms, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with key influencers.
  • Facilitating content approvals across our clients and influencers.

This position is a 3-month contract role with potential to hire long-term. We are looking for someone who is able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.


This role is fully remote, and the candidate can be based anywhere in the US.


Qualifications:


  • Quick-learner who takes direction and feedback well.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Outstanding program management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, and Slack preferred.
  • 1-2 years' professional working experience in an assistant or coordinator role
  • Experience building and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
