Job Summary
Babe Original is looking for a creative and hardworking Influencer Coordinator to lead daily execution for influencer and affiliate partnerships. The Influencer Coordinator will focus on scaling our new branded content partnerships, and expand our paid media efforts. Influencers drive a significant portion of our customer acquisition and revenue, with an emphasis on ROI, so this is a critical area of business. The role will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing business and team. This role would report directly to the Influencer and PR Manager where influencers relationship and our top priority.
Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a multi-year strategic place for digital wholesale partners, establish actionable plans that support the overall objectives, and deliver on the annual financial plans.
· Initiate & support the sales channel through sourcing professional affiliate partnerships.
· Collaborate with Marketing brand leads to manage the marketing and advertising budget effective to grow product visibility and discovery to drive.
· Understand the process of bringing products / brands onto the Amazon platform.
· Own and measure marketing and sales KPIs and audit SEO, AMZ Search, and DSP campaigns.
· Build strong relationships with partners, manages inventory and all creative assets and content to support business initiatives.
· Manages sales forecasts and investment plans, providing weekly/monthly/quarterly estimates on sales projections and plans.
· Activates the right business drivers by tracking, analyzing and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)
· Own KPI’s for Traffic and Conversion metrics and will coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, agency partners, and vendor managers to create campaigns and initiatives that drive increased brand awareness, improve site shop-ability, and grow incremental revenue
· Oversee brand initiative go-to-market plans, on-time launches, and best in class Amazon/customer launch strategies.
· Analyze customer feedback and other sources to define and improve category strategies, product assortments, marketing fulfillment, and pricing opportunities.
· Drive strategic, analytical and operational projects and be responsible for the execution, monitoring & ongoing implementation of scalable operational programs and processes.
· Develop effective vendor and marketplace account partner relationships to grow the business via weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic and marketing meetings, thoughtful planning, communication, and road-mapping of execution.
Experience / Abilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
· Strong leadership skills – includes analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
· Creative, curious, organized, problem-solver.
· Desire to flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit.
· Loves beauty, social media, pop-culture, health, and wellness.

Hours:
· This position is a full-time position.
· Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office.
