The Industry Marketing Manager-Healthcare is directly aligned with Connection’s Industry Strategy Group (ISG). The Industry Marketing Manager develops and executes programs and campaigns on the healthcare vertical focused on sales readiness, demand generation, market awareness and thought leadership in partnership with ISG.

Responsibilities:
  • Works directly with stakeholders to define and understand customer segments, solution categories, net new customers and market segments, average deal size, customer share of wallet, etc. Understands market trends and needs; reviews relevant market research reports, industry publications and participates in seminars that are specific to technology within the healthcare vertical.
  • Develops strategies and tactics that translate goals and priorities into marketing campaigns and targets; examples: leads, pipeline growth, vendor consideration, market awareness, sales readiness, sales effectiveness etc. and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploys successful marketing campaigns and owns them from ideation to execution
  • Experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Builds strategic relationships and partners with key industry players
  • Develops and deploys positioning, key messages, and thought leadership
  • Monitors program components, measuring performance against objectives in cooperation with Marketing Analytics team and rolls up findings and recommendations for improvements.
