Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Jobs

The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for their Scottsbluff NE production facility. This is an agricultural co-op that spans 135,000 base acres, a Grower-Owned organization with a long family history that has been passed down for the 100 years of the company’s existence.

* They are preferably seeking candidates with U.S. military experience. *

Must possess basic understanding of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis. Any experience working with process and packaging equipment will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!

Compensation: $27.00-29.00/hr ($70k + OT)

Shift:

1. Day shift: 8-hour Monday - Friday
2. Rotating Days and Nights: 12-hour shift option (Only work 14 of every 28 days and you get 7 days off in a row after 28 days)

What You Will Do:

Work as part of a team that is responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment throughout the facility.

• Responsible for the maintenance of process and packaging equipment throughout the facility (pumps, belt conveyors, scroll conveyors, chains, sprockets, fans, bearings.)
• Be a safety leader with solid safety behaviors and demonstrated leadership. Working with others to perform against the plant site safety plan with the goal of being a zero-injury workplace.
• Responsible for welding, cutting, setting equipment and dismantling equipment; responsible for using hand and power tools.

Education and Work Experience

• At least 4 years US Military experience highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability.
• Basic understanding of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
• Maintenance/mechanical experience working with process and packaging equipment.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
